Terms and Conditions Contract
- Account requirement: All buyers and artists must create an account and provide accurate contact information.
- Acceptance: By checking the acceptance boxes at sign up, you agree to this contract in full.
- Art ownership: Artists confirm they own the rights to uploaded work and have permission to sell it.
- Image quality: Artists must upload clear, high-quality images that represent the actual artwork.
- Content standards: No unlawful, stolen, offensive, or plagiarized content may be listed.
- Pricing and sales: Prices are shown in ZAR. Purchase requests are binding expressions of intent to buy.
- Communication: Buyers and artists agree to communicate respectfully and complete transactions in good faith.
- Platform role: Mzansi Africa Online provides listing and discovery tools and may remove violating content.
- Limitation: The platform is not liable for disputes caused by false ownership claims or inaccurate listings.
- Policy updates: Terms may be updated; continued use indicates acceptance of the latest version.
How to accept
Go to Sign Up, select your role (Visitor or Artist/Owner), and tick the Terms & Contract checkbox. Your acceptance is saved with your account email.
